Authum completes Rivaara Labs acquisition, holds 35.09% voting rights

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has finalized its previously announced acquisition of equity shares and cumulative compulsorily convertible participating preference shares (CCPS) of Rivaara Labs Private Limited as of October 30, 2025. This transaction involved subscribing to 36,000,000 CCPS directly from Rivaara Labs.

Additionally, Authum purchased existing shares from Rivaara Labs shareholders, acquiring 15,842,000 equity shares and an additional 36,988,011 CCPS. A remaining balance of 4,000,000 CCPS is slated for acquisition within the next ten days.

Upon the conclusion of these transactions, Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited will hold 35.09% of the total voting rights in Rivaara Labs. The company's whole time director, Amit Dangi, digitally signed the disclosure.
