Adani Green subsidiaries secure hybrid power deals with commercial customer

Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six Limited and Adani Renewable Energy Forty One Limited, wholly-owned stepdown subsidiaries of Adani Green Energy Limited, have entered into power consumption and tripartite agreements. These agreements, executed on October 30, 2025, are for the supply of 60 MW of solar-wind hybrid power to a commercial and industrial (C&I) customer.

The hybrid power will be sourced from two distinct plants: a 50 MW solar power plant in Baap, Rajasthan, and a 52 MW wind power plant in Khavda, Gujarat. This strategic move aligns with Adani Green Energy's efforts to expand its renewable energy footprint and cater to industrial power demands.

The intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, highlighting the material nature of these power consumption agreements for Adani Green Energy Limited and its shareholders.
