UPL to release Q2 and H1 FY2026 financial results

UPL Limited will hold a board of directors meeting on Thursday, November 06, 2025, to consider and approve its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The results will be accompanied by limited review reports from the statutory auditors.

Following the board meeting, the company will host an earnings call on the same day, November 06, 2025, at 16:00 hrs IST to discuss its performance. The presentation material for the call will be available on UPL’s investor relations website.

In adherence to SEBI listing regulations, the trading window for UPL securities remains closed for all designated persons from September 30, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are disseminated to the stock exchanges.
