TVS Supply Chain announces leadership transition for Singapore subsidiary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (TVS SCS) has announced the resignation of Vittorio Favati, chief executive officer of TVS SCS Singapore Pte. Ltd., a material subsidiary. Favati will be relieved from his duties at the close of business on October 31, 2025, after more than six years in the role, citing a personal desire to return to the United States.

Following Favati's departure, Siddharth Jairaj, currently the chief executive officer of TVS SCS Global Freight Solutions Limited, India, will assume the role of chief executive officer for TVS SCS Singapore Pte. Ltd. with effect from November 1, 2025. Jairaj will be responsible for handling the freight forwarding business globally.

Jairaj brings 30 years of experience in the freight forwarding business, having been with the company since 2007. His appointment ensures a smooth leadership transition for TVS SCS's Singapore operations.
