TTK Prestige reports strong Q2, half-year financials with profit surge

TTK Prestige Limited reported impressive unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone net sales/income from operations reached INR 786.64 Crores for the quarter and INR 1,361.41 Crores for the half year. Consolidated figures also showed strength, with net sales/income from operations at INR 833.70 Crores for the quarter and INR 1,443.00 Crores for the half year.

The company's profitability saw a notable increase. Standalone net profit after tax for the quarter was INR 70.10 Crores, rising to INR 105.23 Crores for the half year. Consolidated net profit after tax for the same periods stood at INR 63.20 Crores and INR 88.81 Crores, respectively.

Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the standalone operations were INR 5.12 for the quarter and INR 7.68 for the half year, while consolidated basic EPS were INR 4.69 and INR 6.63 for the respective periods. These results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on October 28, 2025.
