Suzlon bolsters financial leadership with new CFO and internal auditor

Suzlon Energy Limited announced the appointment of Rahul Jain as the group chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, effective December 15, 2025. Jain brings over two decades of corporate finance experience, including nearly 17 years at SRF Limited where he served as group CFO. His expertise in financial transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising is expected to strengthen Suzlon's capabilities for its next phase of growth. The board of directors approved this appointment on October 29, 2025.

Concurrently, Bharat Ramani, a chartered accountant with 24 years of internal audit experience, has been appointed as the new internal auditor, effective October 31, 2025. He replaces Shyamal Budhdev, who retires on October 30, 2025. Ramani previously worked with companies such as Deloitte, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Credit Suisse, and most recently served as head of internal audit with ECL Finance Limited.

These strategic appointments underscore Suzlon's commitment to reinforcing its financial leadership and corporate governance. The new leadership is expected to drive profitability, enhance financial resilience, and foster long-term value for shareholders, as the company continues to play a significant role in India's energy transition.
