SCILAL board to approve unaudited financial results

Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited (SCILAL) has announced a Board of Directors meeting for Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation complies with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

In conjunction with this, the "SCILAL Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" has closed the trading window with effect from October 1, 2025. The window will remain closed for 48 hours following the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
