Mahindra Finance reports strong Q2, half-year financial performance

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (Mahindra Finance) reported robust financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at INR 4,472.67 Crore, rising to INR 8,892.04 Crore for the half year. The standalone net profit after tax for the quarter was INR 569.31 Crore, and INR 1,098.81 Crore for the half year.

On a consolidated basis, the company recorded total revenue from operations of INR 5,026.19 Crore for the quarter and INR 10,016.80 Crore for the half year. Consolidated net profit after tax reached INR 566.07 Crore for the quarter and INR 1,095.03 Crore for the half year ended September 30, 2025.

The financial results, reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on October 28, 2025, were published in Business Standard (English) and Nav Shakti (Marathi) on October 29, 2025.
