KP Group, F Plus Healthcare form alliance for green modular infrastructure

K.P. Energy Limited announced on October 29, 2025, a global alliance between KP Group and F Plus Healthcare Technologies. The partnership will develop green-energized modular data centers, life sciences, and advanced technology facilities. Formalized via a memorandum of understanding (MoU), the alliance focuses on designing and deploying sustainable containerized infrastructure ecosystems powered by renewable energy solutions, including solar, wind, hybrid, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and green hydrogen.

Under the MoU, KP Group will provide renewable power solutions, site evaluation, connectivity, and energy efficiency optimization. F Plus Healthcare Technologies, leveraging its "Podtech" brand and subsidiary FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC, will design and deploy containerized edge-computing data centers. It will also lead pilot projects and explore global commercial rollouts of green energy-powered facilities. This collaboration will support low-carbon computing and life sciences infrastructure worldwide.
