KP Group and F Plus ally for green modular technology facilities

KP Green Engineering Limited announced on October 29, 2025, a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between its parent, KP Group, and F Plus Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., along with its subsidiary FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC. This alliance aims to develop next-generation, green-powered containerized data centers, life sciences, and advanced technology facilities.

Under the MoU, the parties will jointly design and deploy modular, sustainable containerized infrastructure ecosystems utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, hybrid, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and green hydrogen. KP Group will supply renewable power solutions, assist with site evaluation and connectivity, and optimize energy efficiency. F Plus Healthcare Technologies will focus on designing and deploying containerized edge-computing data centers, collaborating on pilot projects, and exploring global commercial rollouts of green energy-powered facilities.

The collaboration will explore scaling sustainable modular infrastructure globally, integrating advanced technology, AI architecture, and renewable energy solutions for the life sciences and advanced technology sectors. This initiative underscores KP Group's commitment to driving sustainable technology solutions and F Plus Healthcare Technologies' dedication to deploying green-powered products.
