IRB Infrastructure secures major highway project management deals

IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited announced on October 29, 2025, the execution of Project Implementation/Management Agreements with IRB InvIT Fund. Under these agreements, IRB Infrastructure will act as the project manager for three key highway projects. This follows an earlier disclosure on May 30, 2025, regarding the approval for these agreements.

The projects include IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway Limited (HMTL), Kaithal Tollway Limited (KTL), and Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollway Limited (KGTL). These are now Project SPVs of the Public InvIT, following the transfer of 100% equity share capital of each SPV from IRB Infrastructure Trust.

The agreements cover significant infrastructure projects: HMTL involves a six-laning project of the Hapur bypass to Moradabad Section (NH-9) in Uttar Pradesh; KTL entails four-laning of the Kaithal to Rajasthan Border section (NH-152/65) in Haryana; and KGTL focuses on six-laning of the Kishangarh to Gulabpura Section (NH 79A and NH 79) in Rajasthan. The total value of these agreements is Rs.4,466 crores on a fixed price basis, inclusive of applicable taxes, over the balance concession period, with a weighted average life of 20 years.
