Delhivery board to meet for Q2, H1 financial results

Delhivery Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In continuation of an earlier intimation dated September 24, 2025, the trading window for dealing in company securities remains closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will extend for 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, specifically until Friday, November 7, 2025, in accordance with Delhivery's Insider Trading Code and SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
