Chalet Hotels board to meet for Q2 results, dividend consideration

Chalet Hotels Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will consider the declaration of an interim dividend to the equity shareholders of the company.

In light of these considerations, the trading window for dealing in Chalet Hotels' equity shares by all designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed. The trading window closure is effective until 48 hours after the declaration of said results, reopening on November 7, 2025.
