Brigade Enterprises reports strong H1 FY26 performance, presales up 12%

Brigade Enterprises Limited's board of directors approved unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations for H1 FY26 reached INR 2,763 Cr, marking a 23% increase over H1 FY25, with a PAT after MI of INR 312 Cr, up 54% from H1 FY25. Standalone revenue for H1 FY26 was INR 1,239 Cr, a 13% increase from H1 FY25, and standalone PAT was INR 105 Cr, down 33% from H1 FY25.

The company's investor presentation for Q2 FY26 highlighted strong presales in real estate at INR 2,034 Cr for Q2 FY26, a 12% growth over Q2 FY25, and a 17% increase in leasing revenue to INR 341 Cr. Hospitality revenue grew by 16% to INR 138 Cr in Q2 FY26. Total project area for ongoing projects stands at 27.08 mn sft, with Brigade's share at 21.20 mn sft. The company plans to launch approximately 11 mn sft of new projects in the next four quarters.

Additionally, Debashis Chatterjee was appointed as an additional non-executive independent director for a five-year term, effective October 29, 2025. The trading window for the company was closed from October 1, 2025, and reopened on November 1, 2025.
