BLS International expands global reach with new subsidiaries

BLS International FZE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited, has fully subscribed to the share capital of two new entities, BLS International Services (Senegal) SARL and BLS International Cyprus Limited. This move, announced on October 29, 2025, makes both new companies wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries of BLS International Services Limited.

BLS International FZE acquired 100% of BLS International Services (Senegal) SARL for CFA 100,000, and 100% of BLS International Cyprus Limited for €1,000. Both new subsidiaries will engage in visa and passport processing, aligning with the existing business range of BLS International.

BLS International Services (Senegal) SARL was incorporated on July 25, 2018, while BLS International Cyprus Limited was incorporated on July 20, 2022. Neither entity reported turnover for the last three years. The acquisitions were made via cash consideration and are not considered related party transactions.
