Asahi India Glass board to review Q2 and half-year results

Asahi India Glass Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider, approve, and officially record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and the half-year period ending September 30, 2025.

In adherence to the company's code of conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition on Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in company securities has been closed. This restriction applies to all directors, officers, and designated employees, effective from October 1, 2025. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are made public.

The announcement was made by Gopal Ganatra, executive director, general counsel & company secretary for Asahi India Glass Limited, and is addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited.
