Apollo Pipes reports unaudited half-year results, consolidated profit hits INR 954.79 lakhs

Apollo Pipes Limited's board of directors met on October 29, 2025, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The consolidated results show a net profit for the period of INR 138.66 lakhs for the quarter and INR 954.79 lakhs for the half-year. Total comprehensive income for the period before minority interest stood at INR 129.89 lakhs for the quarter and INR 1,120.14 lakhs for the half-year.

The consolidated statement reported total income of INR 24,106.65 lakhs for the quarter and INR 51,907.07 lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Profit before tax for the half-year reached INR 1,324.09 lakhs. The company's unaudited standalone financial results also reflect a net profit of INR 207.41 lakhs for the quarter and INR 1,018.70 lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025.
