Wipro allots over 42,000 equity shares through ESOPs

Wipro Limited reported on October 28, 2025, the allotment of a total of 42,156 equity shares. This allotment includes 34,790 equity shares under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and an additional 7,366 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.

The allotments were made in response to the exercise of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) by eligible employees. M Sanaulla Khan, company secretary, signed the announcement, confirming the details for BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
