VLS Finance board to meet for unaudited Q2, H1 financial results

VLS Finance Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on Sunday, November 9, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results. These results, both standalone and consolidated, will cover the quarter and half-year period ending September 30, 2025.

In continuation of an earlier communication dated March 26, 2025, the trading window for the company will remain closed until November 11, 2025. This closure aligns with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and applies to concerned persons, extending 48 hours after the public announcement of the financial results.

General investors are not affected by this trading window closure, and trading will remain open for them. The announcement was made on October 28, 2025, and directed to the Listing Department of BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
