Puravankara board to meet for Q2 and H1 financial results

Puravankara Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 7, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the draft un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company. Additionally, the board will review the limited review report for the quarter and half year that concluded on September 30, 2025.

The intimation, dated October 28, 2025, was sent to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Sudip Chatterjee, the company secretary, signed the notification, confirming the meeting is in accordance with Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
