NIIT reports strong Q2 FY26 revenue, strategic growth initiatives

NIIT Limited reported Q2 FY26 total revenue of INR 1,049 million, a 25% QoQ and 16% YoY increase, with the AI-powered deep skilling platform, iamneo, contributing INR 111 million. Order intake (OI) surged to INR 1,454 million, up 37% QoQ and 14% YoY, reflecting growth in both technology (INR 1,103 million) and BFSI & other programs (INR 351 million). Despite a decline in EBITDA to INR 13 million and PAT to INR 14 million, the company's tech business benefited from increased sales, while new accounts in the India enterprise sector bolstered BFSI & other segments.

The company further strengthened its market position through strategic partnerships and initiatives. During Q2 FY26, NIIT expanded its India enterprise portfolio in mobility and energy sectors, launching business transformation projects and designing training programs for over 3,000 retail outlet staff of a major oil and gas organization. StackRoute achieved significant growth in enterprise partnerships, and NIIT Ltd. launched 10 globally benchmarked AI and technology certification programs, expanding its B2C portfolio and addressing national skills gaps.

Additionally, NIIT granted 370,000 stock options to eligible employees under the NIIT Employee Stock Option Plan 2005 on October 28, 2025. This includes two tranches: Grant No. 45 for 330,000 options at an exercise price of INR 105.95 and Grant No. 46 for 40,000 options at an exercise price of INR 2. The company also disclosed that 680,000 options were granted under ESOP-2005 at an exercise price of INR 130.65 during the quarter.
