KP Group, Fabtech form global alliance for green infrastructure in life sciences

On October 28, 2025, KP Group announced a strategic global alliance with Fabtech Group to develop and implement green energy-powered life sciences projects. Under this partnership, KP Group will supply clean, renewable energy for all Fabtech Group's conventional and stick-built projects, focusing on building next-generation green infrastructure across the pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors.

KP Group will provide and integrate solar, wind, hybrid, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and green hydrogen-based power solutions. This collaboration seeks to create sustainable, low-carbon digital ecosystems globally, with both groups designing and deploying green-powered pilot and demonstration projects.

A memorandum of understanding establishes a framework to explore opportunities in India, the Middle East, and Africa, concentrating on sustainability, digitalization, and renewable-powered data infrastructure. This partnership aligns with both companies' commitment to carbon-neutral digital transformation and sustainable infrastructure development.
