KP Group and Fabtech form global alliance for green healthcare infrastructure

KP Green Engineering Limited (KPGE), part of the KP Group, has announced a global alliance with Fabtech Group to develop next-generation green infrastructure for the pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 28, 2025, will see KP Group supply clean, renewable energy solutions for all Fabtech Group projects worldwide.

Under the partnership, KP Group will integrate solar, wind, hybrid, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and green hydrogen-based power solutions into Fabtech Group's conventional, pharma, biotech, and healthcare offerings. The initiative aims to create sustainable, low-carbon digital ecosystems globally, aligning with both companies' commitment to carbon-neutral digital transformation.

The MoU outlines plans for joint exploration of opportunities in India, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on sustainability, digitalization, and renewable-powered data infrastructure. This alliance reinforces the shared vision of bridging renewable energy and healthcare sectors, contributing to the global movement toward net-zero and sustainable growth.
