Kothari Industrial Corporation appoints V Anand as CFO

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited (KICL) has appointed V Anand as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective October 28, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Hari Kishore from the position. Anand will also serve as the whole time key managerial personnel of the company, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.

Anand, aged 55, holds a B.Com degree and is a JAIIB certified banker with over 29 years of experience. He previously worked with The Karur Vysya Bank, serving in various middle and senior management roles before joining KICL in 2023. At KICL, he initially served as general manager – business development and finance, contributing to project execution and financial management.

His promotion to CFO is a recognition of his experience and contributions since joining KICL. The terms of his appointment align with the company's nomination and remuneration policy.
