Kaveri Seed board to consider results, interim dividend

Kaveri Seed Company Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025. The agenda includes considering the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year period ending September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of an interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-26.
