Global Health to announce Q2 and half-year results

Global Health Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, November 7, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the company's unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year period ending September 30, 2025. This intimation was made under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In adherence to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for Global Health Limited is currently closed. It has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results.
