Dynamic services & security increases stake in Mehai technology

Dynamic Services & Security Limited (DSSSL) has disclosed an acquisition of equity shares in Mehai Technology Limited, increasing its stake from 20,08,61,170 shares (53.13%) to 26,11,19,521 shares (34.88%). This transaction was executed via an allotment of shares pursuant to a Rights Issue.

The disclosure, made under Regulation 10(6) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, indicates that no prior disclosure under Regulation 10(5) was required for this acquisition. Jugal Kishore Bhagat, managing director of DSSSL, confirmed the details on October 28, 2025.

The acquisition was exempted from making an open offer under Regulation 10(4)(a) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The shares of Mehai Technology Limited are listed on the BSE Limited.
