DCW board to review unaudited financial results on November 4

DCW Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to consider and approve its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on October 28, 2025.

In conjunction with this announcement, DCW Limited has confirmed the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities. The window closed on September 26, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, adhering to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
