Concord Control's associate Progota cleared for Kavach 4.0 prototype

Concord Control Systems Limited announced on October 28, 2025, that its associate, Progota India Private Limited, received Technical Prototype Clearance from the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) for Kavach 4.0. This clearance, for the latest iteration of Indian Railways' Automatic Train Protection (ATP) system, officially approves Progota to execute its current trial order from South Central Railway and recognizes it as a Developmental Vendor for all upcoming Kavach 4.0 tenders across Indian Railways.

Kavach 4.0 represents a significant upgrade to India's rail safety framework, designed to prevent collisions, enhance operational reliability, and facilitate seamless communication. The RDSO's endorsement confirms Progota's engineering excellence and adherence to the Ministry of Railways' stringent standards.
