Asian Granito India board to meet for Q2 and half-year results

Asian Granito India Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results. These results will cover the quarter and half-year period that concluded on September 30, 2025.

The board meeting intimation is pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was made to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
