Aeroflex Industries reports strong Q2 2025 financial performance

Aeroflex Industries Limited reported a total consolidated income of INR 11,105.45 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, an increase from INR 9,580.29 lakhs in the corresponding period last year. Consolidated profit before tax for the quarter reached INR 1,971.82 lakhs, up from INR 1,866.67 lakhs year-over-year. For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, total consolidated income stood at INR 19,572.01 lakhs, with profit before tax at INR 2,942.40 lakhs.

The company's consolidated earnings per equity share (basic and diluted) for the quarter were INR 1.10, compared to INR 1.06 in the prior year's quarter.
