Adani Enterprises board to review half-yearly financials November 4

Adani Enterprises Limited announced its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025.

In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window closure period will end 48 hours after the financial results are publicly disclosed on November 4, 2025.
