Suraj Estate Developers reports strong Q2FY26 with pre-sales soaring 89% QoQ

Suraj Estate Developers reported strong Q2FY26 performance with pre-sales growing 89% quarter-on-quarter and 42% year-on-year to ₹153 crore. Carpet area sold increased by 111.1% QoQ to 34,875 sq. ft. Total income rose 9.2% QoQ to ₹145 crore, while EBITDA increased 30.4% QoQ to ₹65.6 crore. This led to an improvement in EBITDA margin from 37.7% to 45% and PAT margin from 16% to 23%.

The company's strong sales momentum was attributed to successful launches of Suraj Aureva and Suraj Parkview, which saw approximately 40% of inventory sold during the quarter. Suraj Aureva (Prabhadevi) achieved 39% inventory sold with an estimated GDV of ₹120 crore, and Suraj Parkview (Dadar W) recorded 42% inventory sold with an estimated GDV of ₹250 crore.

Suraj Estate Developers also expanded its 'Ambavat Bhavan & RK Mansion' project in Lower Parel through a strategic land acquisition, increasing the total saleable carpet area to 0.32 Lakh Sq Ft with a combined GDV of ~₹130 crore. The company is on track to achieve its FY26 launch target of ₹2,000 crore GDV.
