Suraj board to meet november 10 for financial results

Suraj Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, November 10th, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results, along with the Limited Review Report, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The announcement, dated October 27, 2025, also informs stakeholders about the trading window closure. The trading window for equity share transactions closed on October 01, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2025.
