Star Cement board to meet on November 4 for financial results

Star Cement Limited announced that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider, approve, and record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the upcoming results, the trading window for dealing in Star Cement's securities has been closed for all designated persons, including directors, officers, and their immediate relatives. This closure commenced on October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results are approved and filed with the stock exchanges.
