Saurashtra Cement board to meet for Q2 financial results

Saurashtra Cement Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 7, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company previously informed the exchange on September 23, 2025, that its trading window closed from September 24, 2025. This closure applied until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Following the upcoming board meeting and results declaration, the trading window for Saurashtra Cement shares will reopen on November 10, 2025.
