Navneet Education board to meet on financial results, potential interim dividend

Navneet Education Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering, approving, and taking on record the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26, and will fix the record date for such a dividend.
