Master Trust board to meet for financial results, other matters

Master Trust Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 04:00 p.m. at its registered office in Ludhiana. The primary agenda for this meeting includes the consideration, approval, and record-keeping of the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The board will also address any other matters that may arise during the meeting.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in Master Trust shares has been closed since October 1, 2025. This restriction applies to all designated persons, including promoters, directors, connected persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed and will reopen only after 48 hours following the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
