Maryada Barter sells Ashika Credit Capital shares

Maryada Barter Private Limited, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has disclosed the disposal of 770,000 equity shares of Ashika Credit Capital Limited, each with a face value of Rs 10. The disposal took place through open market transactions between June 16, 2025, and October 24, 2025.

Prior to the disposal, Maryada Barter Private Limited and its PACs collectively held 3,500,000 equity shares, representing 9.16% of the total share capital. Following the disposal, their holding has decreased to 2,730,000 equity shares, equating to 7.15% of the total share capital. The aggregate value of the equity share capital of Ashika Credit Capital before and after the sale remains Rs 38,19,04,640.
