Indian Oil reappoints statutory auditors for fiscal year 2025-26

Indian Oil Corporation Limited announced on October 27, 2025, the reappointment of its statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2025-26. The Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) made the appointments, which IndianOil's Board of Directors subsequently noted during a meeting held on the same day.

The four firms reappointed are M/s K G Somani & Co. LLP (New Delhi), M/s Khandelwal Jain & Co. (Mumbai), M/s Komandoor & Co. LLP (Kolkata), and M/s MKPS & Associates (Kolkata). This notification was issued in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

The reappointed firms are all experienced chartered accountants. K G Somani & Co LLP is a third-generation firm practicing for over five decades. Khandelwal Jain & Co., established in 1967, operates from three locations. Komandoor & Co LLP, headquartered in Hyderabad, boasts 26 branches across India. MKPS & Associates LLP, established in 1952, maintains a multi-disciplinary team and a presence across most regions of the country.
