Indian Hotels to announce half-year and quarterly results

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) will convene a board of directors meeting on November 4, 2025, to approve its unaudited (reviewed) standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also include consideration of the limited review report pertaining to these results.

In compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company made this announcement on October 27, 2025.

Adhering to its code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, IHCL has informed designated employees about the closure of the trading window starting September 24, 2025. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are made public, ensuring fair disclosure and preventing insider trading.
