Independent director resigns from Jyoti CNC Automation board

Mr. Prasad Parameswaranpillai Naga has resigned from his position as a non-executive – independent director of Jyoti CNC Automation Limited, effective at the close of business hours on October 26, 2025. His resignation also means his departure from the audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee, and stakeholder relationship committee.

The company received Mr. Naga's resignation letter via email on October 26, 2025. He cited "other pre-occupations" as the reason for his resignation, confirming there were no other material reasons. Jyoti CNC Automation Limited is proceeding with the necessary compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.

This change was formally communicated to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on October 27, 2025, by Maulik B. Gandhi, company secretary and compliance officer.
