Igarashi Motors to announce half-year results on November 6

Igarashi Motors India Ltd. has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Thursday, November 06, 2025, to consider and approve its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. These results will be presented in the IndAS format, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The financial disclosures will be made available on the company's website, as well as on the websites of the BSE and NSE.

Furthermore, in adherence to the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for designed persons will close on November 08, 2025, a period extending 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results on November 06, 2025.
