ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund ups stake in Thyrocare Technologies

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's various schemes acquired 1,998,400 equity shares of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. on October 24, 2025. This acquisition, executed via the secondary market, increased the fund's total shareholding in Thyrocare Technologies to 2,823,890 shares.

Prior to this transaction, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund held 825,490 shares, representing 1.56% of Thyrocare's paid-up capital. Following the acquisition, its shareholding now stands at 5.33% of the company's paid-up capital, thereby exceeding the 5% threshold that necessitates disclosure under SEBI regulations.

The fund stated that its increased holding is from an investment perspective and does not aim for any controlling interest in Thyrocare Technologies. The disclosure was made to BSE Limited, where Thyrocare Technologies' shares are listed.
