Havells India appoints Pankaj Mohan Arora as executive president of finance

Havells India Limited has appointed Pankaj Mohan Arora as executive president – finance, effective October 27, 2025.

Arora brings extensive experience to Havells, having spent over six years as managing director at Russell Reynolds Associates, leading their consumer sector practice. Previously, he was a partner with KPMG in India for over five years, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance, and co-chaired the Women Corporate Directors. He also served as managing director of Protiviti Consulting, specializing in risk consulting.

Arora's professional journey began in 1996 with Arthur Andersen, followed by roles at EY and American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial). He holds a bachelor of commerce with honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce (1996) and is a chartered accountant, clearing his intermediate and final examinations in 1999 with all India ranks.
