Godrej Properties secures RERA approval for Worli project

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has received the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for Phase 1 of its "Godrej Trilogy" residential development in Worli, Mumbai. This joint development, located on a ~2.63-acre plot, is projected to have a gross revenue potential exceeding INR 10,000 crore.

RERA approval has been granted for two of the three proposed towers, "Seaturf" and "Seafront," encompassing approximately 11 lakh square feet of saleable area in Phase 1. These towers are scheduled for launch in the current quarter and are expected to significantly boost the company's residential portfolio in South Mumbai. The development is strategically located off Dr. Annie Besant Road, offering views of the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea.

Gaurav Pandey, managing director and chief executive of Godrej Properties, highlighted that this approval reinforces GPL's presence in South Mumbai and aligns with its strategy of acquiring high-potential urban land parcels. The project aims to deliver a landmark development with an outstanding quality of life for residents.
