Epack Durable board to meet for Q2 and H1 financial results

Epack Durable Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 04, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the company previously initiated a closure of its trading window. This closure, under the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons," began on October 01, 2025.

The trading window for dealing in equity shares will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. This intimation was sent to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
