Cybertech board to meet to approve financial results

Cybertech Systems and Software Limited announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year period that ended on September 30, 2025. This will include a review of the limited review report provided by the statutory auditors.

The company also stated that the trading window for its securities closed effective October 1, 2025. It will remain closed for designated persons of the company until 48 hours after the publication of these un-audited financial results, in accordance with regulatory requirements concerning insider trading.

The announcement was made by Sarita Leelaramani, company secretary and compliance officer, on October 27, 2025, and was sent to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
