Brightcom Group launches new defence division, appoints leadership

Brightcom Group Limited announced the incorporation of Brightcom Defence Private Limited, a new wholly-owned subsidiary that will engage in defence business. M. V. Mayuk Reddy will lead the execution of this division, reporting to the board. Reddy holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and has prior experience with deep-tech startups and UAV technologies.

The registered office for Brightcom Defence Private Limited is in Hyderabad, Telangana. The authorized and paid-up share capital for the new entity is ₹10,00,000, with Brightcom Group Limited holding 100% of the shares.

The leadership team also includes M. Suresh Kumar Reddy as chairman and managing director, and Raghunath Allamsetty as executive director.
