Adani Enterprises forms new subsidiary for Kedarnath ropeway project

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has established Shri Kedarnath Ropeways Limited (SKRL) as a wholly owned subsidiary, officially incorporated on October 27, 2025. This new entity is set to undertake the development, maintenance, and management of the ropeway system from Son Prayag to Kedarnath in Uttarakhand. It will operate under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model.

SKRL was incorporated with a subscribed capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. As of its incorporation, SKRL has no turnover, as business operations are yet to commence. AEL will retain 100% share capital and control of SKRL.
